Preceding her in death were her parents; Mary Bell and Gus Wolf; her husband, Merle Lewis Sr.; one brother: Robert Wolf; one sister: Betty Wolf and one son-in-law: Flint D. Spurlin. Surviving her are: three sons: Merle Jr. and wife Cindy Lewis of Seminole TX, Marvin and wife Patsy Lewis of Hobbs, NM, Thomas G. Lewis of Hobbs, NM ; two daughters: Mary Spurlin of Shawnee, OK and Staci and husband Bobby Duggan Sr. of Cromwell, OK; also nineteen grandchildren and twenty six great-grandchildren.
