There will only be one Billy Dallas, a man of many talents. You knew if you were his friend or not. He only had time for his friends, very blunt and to the point. I never saw Billy, even in high school, that he did not have a minute to chat and it was usually about the Wildcats or Mark. Billy was an ornary person who spoke his mind. RIP Billy Dallas, you were my friend.
