I’m so sorry to hear of Barry’s passing and send my condolences to your family. Barry was, from time to time over the years, opposing counsel on my cases and I always enjoyed our interactions even though we were on opposite sides. What a warm and gentle man, zealous advocate, and considerate professional. He will truly be missed.
I am so sorry to hear of Barry's passing. I was lucky enough to work on a case with Barry a few years ago and to see him in action in the courtroom over several days. I will never forget his unique style, his zealous advocacy, and his magnetic persona.

My deepest condolences for your lose. I worked with Barry on and off for almost 25 years, I was a police officer/deputy. Barry always treated me with respect as I respected him greatly. He was an outstanding attorney and made me a better detective.
I am one who will miss him. On a few occasions I was privilege to sit with him in his office after hours or on weekends.

So very sad to hear of Barry's passing.. It was both an honor & privilege to have worked for him. I learned a great deal from him. He was amazing in the court room. Was lucky I got to see him in action several times. He even got me out of a speeding ticket once.. I was headed to his office to go to work! He will be missed by Lea County & the State of NM.
