Dear Odle family,
Your have our deepest sympathy on Jim's passing. He was one of the first people I met when I became an official in 1974. He was very helpful, low key, and all business, but he had a twinkle in his eye. When I joined the NMAA as an assistant director in 1990, we were still using many of the policies, procedures, and rulings he created. Without doubt, he had expertise in high school activities. I always thought he was the perfect individual for his time as director. We will always think of him fondly.
