Susie was my first dispatch supervisor. She was a very calm, happy person. After she retired I would see her in the store with her grandchildren and she always had a story about something funny they had been doing or something they said that made her laugh. She was always smiling or laughing. She will be greatly missed.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family and loved ones.
