Merle was a very important person in my life as I was growing up in Lovington. She was so good to me and taught me many important things that have served me well in my life. She gave me an opportunity to work for her, she taught me about style and she modeled salesmanship as no one else could have. I still miss shopping with her. I loved Merle. She was an amazing woman.
