Q: What was Penny's favorite recipe?
A: Penny was my Mom and she was such a hard worker and she raised me and my twin sister and my brother by herself. She never drove because she was scared of cars and she never learned to drive so she walked everyday to and from her job as a cook at Main Street Cafe where she was the head cook for 10+years, she then would walk to either big cheese pizza or pioneer steak house where she worked her 2nd job.. she would make it family gatherings so very special because her and my grandmother Letha Hudson would make the best holiday dinners and desserts and at the time we didn't realize that she was the glue to the foundation of our family.. she was my mother and my father and she would drink a Dr. Pepper every single day.. she loved us kids and made the best Chicken fried steak dinner around she made me a Blackberry cobbler before she passed especially for me because no one else really likes blackberry.. but I missed my mother everyday and it's been 7 years now since she's passed and it's still not easy. I Miss you Mommy and I Love you so much.
